Common Problems

• The movie/tv has no audio

  You can fix it by using a supported browser such as Edge, Safari. (or any other browser that supports Dolby Audio Playback.) Or you can instead install our app which should fix the problem.

• The movie/tv doesn't play

  You either have slow internet or there is no available torrents for it.

• After pausing it takes a long time to resume

  You could have paused for a long time, and our system doesnt like idling users to save space we had to remove it after 3 mins of idling.
